Latisha here today, with a fun tag using up scraps lying around. I grabbed what was laying out on my work table, which was some colored card stock, pattern paper, stamps, Copic markers and adhesive.
First, I adhered my card stock and pattern paper together using my 10th Anniversary E-Z Runner.
Next, I stamped my sentiment and images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, and then colored in the stars using Copic markers.
On the back side of my stamped panel, I placed Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D White Foam Squares (small).
I wanted to create little banners that were attached to the stick pins. So, I placed adhesive onto the pattern paper before I folded the paper over the pins. This will ensure that my banners will stay together on the pin.
Before placing the pins on the tag, I placed foam squares on the back side of the banners/pennants. This will help add a little more dimension to the tag.
To finish the tag, I added some May Arts ribbon and Lawn Fawn Trimmings.
Here is the final product. Another tag to put in my basket. I like to keep a basket full of cards and tags for unexpected gifts/occasions. This tag will work especially well for one of my children’s friends (my children are 12 & 16).
